Terms and Agreement

Service Agreement
By signing this form, you agree to the terms and conditions set by Prosperity Rose Tax and Financial Services. This includes a one-time setup fee, which covers set-up and first month payment, including complete system setup and build-out. This does not include custom graphics, course, or A2P set-up. This access is ongoing until you cancel. Monthly payment is $77 with continued, proper, and contract compliant software use. However, if you choose to no longer have software with Prosperity Rose Tax and Financial Services, your monthly fee changes to $97/month. You also acknowledge that it is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information for both your initial account setup and ongoing use of the system.
Payment Authorization
You authorize Prosperity Rose Tax and Financial Services to charge the provided payment method for the agreed-upon setup fee and monthly subscription charges. Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension or termination of CRM access.
Data Security and Privacy
Your personal and business information will be handled securely and used solely for the purpose of setting up and maintaining your CRM account. Prosperity Rose Tax and Financial Services will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
Service and Support Expectations
- You have 7 calendar days to get requested business information to Prosperity Rose Tax and Financial Services in order to fulfill your order. If you do not get this information to Prosperity Rose Tax and Financial Services by 11:59pm CST on the 7th calendar day the entire order will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. You will then need to pay for a new order to be fulfilled.
- Initial setup and onboarding will be completed within 7 business days after payment and submission of all required information.
- Ongoing support will be available through [email protected].
- Any changes to your subscription or additional service requests may require a formal update to this agreement.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription anytime within via email at [email protected]. Please include your contract information (both personal and business) in this notice.
- Setup fees are non-refundable. You have 3 calendar days to cancel purchase of this order for a full refund of the monthly subscription fee only. If you cancel after 3 calendar days of purchase, no refund will be issued.
- If you cancel mid-month, access to the CRM will continue until the end of your billing cycle, after which access will be revoked. You are not entitled to data if you cancel or lose access due to payment. You are not entitled to any build out provided, only client contact data. Setup requires use of Prosperity Rose Tax and Financial Services CRM system.

While we strive to provide a seamless and error-free CRM experience, Prosperity Rose Tax and Financial Services is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
